If hip hop is wrong what kinda music is right?

today i watched the truth about hip hop and obviously it talks about how wrong hip hop is for christians well i wanna know if hip hop music is wrong wot kinda music i know gospel is good but what else is acceptable pop? alternative? country? soft rock?

Okay, first of all.. music and religion are two seperate things.. except gospel music, lol. Anyway. No music is "wrong", and no music is "right", either. It all depends on everyone's personal preferences. If you like hip hop, don't let some Christian tell you that you can't listen to it. Some lyrics might be a bit sketchy, but every music is like that.

there are lots of music that's bad sure enough, but rap and hip hop ranks among the most vile, disgusting, filthy, base, scummy, gutter trash available - and I'm very liberal where music and self-expression is concerned.

Anything that inspires you, that makes you sit up and say "whoa I'VE felt like that!" Music can make you think, it can make you smile. Music is the most powerful form of communication, people get different messages from different songs it's all in how you interpret it.
I don't know if hip hop is wrong per say because I am a fan too but I believe there is positive and negative music. I think that some music that just sounds dark and gloomy can make you feel that way when you listen to it. I think some positive music can be the soft, soothing type of music like Enya, Bjork or some R%26amp;B and make you feel more positive.
