New Hip-hop better?

Do you think that the new hip hop songs were better than back in the 80's and 90's? NWA, Tupac, Biggie, etc... they were considered godfathers of hip-hop and now we got these young artist with weird azz dance moves and repeated lyrics. NWA didnt have dance moves and they were better than Soulja Fag. You think new hip-hop was better than the 80-90's?

New Hip-hop better?myspace quizzes

hellllsssss no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! these "rappers" these days talk about nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! its soooo frustrating sometimes. i dont even listen 2 the radio nemore.

New Hip-hop better?funny myspace myspace.com

hell no
I can't call it I love the old school but I love the new chit too we have a alot 0f wack people bu they did too

vaniila ice

mc hammer

fat boys

craig mack

alot more I forgot about they weren't perfect
"NWA didnt have dance moves"

correct me if im wrong, but isnt dancing a part of hip hop?there have always been dance records out, its just that alot of times they had thought provoking lyrics within the song, not just somethin to go with the dance
What kinda dumb question was that of course old skool is better than new skool they were the originators of hip-hop and you didnt have any of those lame rappers back den.

Now you got PLIES, Mike jones , yung bird what kinda crap music is this.
90's was the best more raw its kinda too popy right now with all these new dance moves comin
new hip hop sucks but old school was the best by far
i agree that overall rap back then was better, but check out rappers like ghostface killah, clipse, and madvillain. They arnt popular or on the radio, but they are really really good, their lyrics actually have meaning.
New hip-hop is not hip-hop. This **** that is being spewed out today is just embarrassing. Soulja Boy is a good example, "Pop" beat, with absolutely horrible lyrics. The stuff out there in the hip-hop section today doesnt compare in the least with the stuff of Tupac, Rakim, Dr. Dre, or even Eminem, Jay-Z, and Nas. So to say that new hip-hop is better is like saying new coke was better that coke classic.
You must be out of your mind!!!!
Better Back In The Day Now Days Hip Hop Is ******...But There Still Are A Couple Of Good Rappers....If You Wanna Hear A Good Lyricist Listen To Papoose
What kind of stupid asss question is that ??? Old school rap hip hop is much better then the shyt they call it today. Old rap like Coolio and Immortal technique and tupac has nothing on puzzy *** lil whyne or whatever the hell he calls himself, yes even 50 centzz. He gayyy, i dont care how many times he got shot, clearly it affecting his stupid asss head cause his rhymes are like the shyt we hear in Barney. Kanye is another cocky sonss of dawg. His lyrics are aitte i must admit.. but after that car crash he thinks he's the fuking reincarnation of jesus... Even jesus wasn't cocky about what he could do......

He needs to take a chill pilll
Albums recently have been terrible, the last albums i have heard that could even stand a chance against old school are

The Doctor's Advocate - The Game

King - T.I

I don't think hip hop will ever be the same though, let's just hope NaS and Jay-z still have plenty more books of rhymes eh?

well Jay-z/Biggie......XD

BUT there are still a few good lyricists around besides jay-z and nas......papoose, lloyd banks ummmm that's about it really -_-
my personal favorite era would be the early 90s. overall i think people tend to gravitate to whatever era they were in high school for.

overall i feel bad for kids today becuase there is much less balance and diversity among mainstream hip hop. but then again they have choices that i didn't growing up, being able to find artists online and use the internet as a tool to get new stuff to listen to.
Name four rappers from after 99 that will be around by next March.
